- What does The Hypno Store do?
The Hypno Store is a hosted application that allows you to set up an online store to sell your goods. It lets you organize your products, customize your storefront, accept credit card payments through payment gateways, track and respond to orders — all without the hassle of running a physical store. The Hypno Store also will provide the location to house all your downloadable recordings and provide the service of emailing (or automatic download, or however you do this) these recordings to customers who have purchased them. (I think you want to do something like this, but need more info) The Hypno Store also will provide the location to house all your downloadable recordings and provide the service of emailing a link to the customer where they can easily download the product upon purchase completion.

There's no installation required! We host The Hypno Store so you don't have to worry about installing or upgrading any software. You only need a modern web browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari and you're ready to go.

Anyone who has items to sell related to hypnosis, NLP, Healing, and/or Hypnosis Stage Shows.

You need:
- Something to sell related to hypnosis
- A computer connected to the internet to use your online store's administration interface
- A payment gateway to accept payments from your customers (like paypal or google checkout)
- A modern web browser (with javascript and Adobe Flash enabled) to use your online store's administration interface
- A valid credit card or online payment option, such as PayPal, to pay for your online store. Back to top
- How many products can I have in my store?
Option One

Vendor is allowed to have up to 12 hypnosis related products for sale at any one time in their store. Payment for Option One is a monthly membership of $19 per month. This membership can be cancelled at any time.
Option Two

Vendor is allowed to have unlimited hypnosis related products for sale at any one time in their store. Payment for Option Two is a monthly membership of $28 per month. This membership can be cancelled at any time.

Yes, you do not need to be exclusive to The Hypno Store. They are your products, sell them in as many places as you want.

The Hypno Store is usable by merchants in any country and currency. However, we have more support for services, such as payment gateways, in some countries than in others.

The administrative interface of a store is in English, but the storefront, checkout, email communications, etc., of a store can be in any language.

The Hypno Store integrates with many different payment processing services, and more are being added all the time. It is your responsibility to set up an account with a company that you are comfortable with. The Hypno Store will provide a list of processing services upon request.

Every payment made with a credit card involves the transfer of funds to a merchant (Vendor) account. Financial institutions consider this a "merchant account". It is an account which a merchant holds directly with a bank or financial institution. The merchant has full responsibility for the transactions that occur with their account, and each bank has its own terms of service to which account-holders must adhere. If you want to accept credit card payments through your store, you will need either a merchant account of your own or the services of a third-party payment processor like PayPal (see below).

A payment gateway is a service that authorizes credit card payments and processes them securely with a user's merchant account. Often, a merchant account and payment gateway are set up in one process through the same company.

A third-party processor such as PayPal lets you accept online payments without a merchant account of your own. Instead, they let you use their merchant account under their own terms of service, usually with very little setup required.

Yes, absolutely. You can accept mailed checks or money orders, direct bank transfers, or perhaps have an option to pay for an order in-store. Just give your manual payment method a name and an optional set of instructions for your customers, and they can select it like any other payment option.

When you get an order, you automatically receive a new order notification by email. If you registered for an account when checking out; you can also login via https://www.thehypnostore.com/index.php?dispatch=auth.login_form&return_url=index.php Once you login, you can check on the status of your order, view your invoices, and send secure messages to thehypnostore/vendors.

After you get a new order notification by email, RSS, or mobile text message, you would log in to your account and check out the details screen for that order. If you need to get more information from your customer, you can send them an email right from within The Hypno Store using the convenient form.(??) Just package up the order, send it to the shipping address provided, then mark the order as shipped within The Hypno Store(??) to keep track of things. If your payment processor is set up to separately authorize and then capture funds, you have control over how much money is transferred after the order is placed; and you can follow best online business practices by only completing the transaction when you ship the order.

You will need a credit or debit card, Paypal, or other online payment methods to pay for your online store. Payment will be automatically deducted from this source monthly.

There is no billing or invoicing to Vendors. You will be set up on a monthly automatic renewal. The method you used for your first payment to The Hypno Store will be the source of the automatic deduction process. Your monthly fee will occur on or around the first of each month. Your method of payment of your account may be changed at any time by click here. ONce logged in, select My Account then profile details - then credit cards tab; you then can add a new card, or delete etc.

Feedback is one of the most important aspects of transactions, and the main feature that The Hypno Store controls. Every time someone writes a customer review for a product they've purchased, they get a reward point. Those points can then be used to help purchase future products. Basically, we pay you to help let other people know what products you like the most. (this needs rewording to benefit seller. I don't have enough information to complete this)

Products related to hypnosis, NLP, healing,(?) and/or hypnosis stage shows .are sold in the Vendor stores. This includes books, videos, DVDs, CDs, audios, downloadable mp3 format recordings, art, and gift cards.

Since each store is individually "owned", there is not a way to collectively merge sales from various Vendors.
